The trailer shows the Queen Vic lady go into labour after taking a tumble down the stairs. But a confrontation at the hospital between Mick and Dean shows him telling Mick the baby is his.

The new promo also spotlights all the upcoming drama at Dot's trial, which is set to reach a verdict. Will the Albert Square stalwart be sent to prison for murdering Nick? Or will she return to Walford a free woman?
