Jay has been in a dark place recently, he will feel even lower in himself after being placed on the sex offenders register. Next week, Jay will continue to be bombarded with problems, leaving him with very few options.
At a job interview, Jay worries when the interviewer reveals they will contact Phil for a reference. Even when Ben pretends to be his father, giving Jay a glowing reference, Jay is still in a low place when he overhears Honey and Billy talking about him.
Billy is left to make a horrible decision when he explains, the parents at the school are unhappy about Billy allowing a convicted sex offender to stay in his home.
Feeling like he has nothing to lose, Jay heads over to see Roxy. He begs her for the drugs so he can make some money.
EastEnders airs these scenes on Thursday, June 23 at 7.30pm and Friday, June 24 at 8pm on BBC One.
I still can't believe EE did that to this character, they could have chosen any other but Jay, even Ben with those creepy glasses of his would have been more believable ... tbh I hope they fix it soon as I won't be watching if it drags on too long or if they bump him off next...
