With the news of Denise placing her son up for adoption spreading, Sharon could not keep the secret from husband Phil, any longer.

This will undoubtedly be a huge surprise for Phil, especially when he doesn't even remember sleeping with Denise.

This new picture shows Denise being confronted by the father of her child, scenes that are said to be unmissable in tonight's episode.

In UK law, as the child’s father you’ll be asked to agree to the adoption - but only if you have parental responsibility.

If you were never married to the child’s mother or named on the birth certificate, you can apply to the court for a Parental Responsibility Order to get parental responsibility.

Could Phil throw a spanner in the works?
