Reasons Why Jane Beale MUST Return to Walford

Since Jane's exit from EastEnders 10 months ago, viewers have been screaming at their television sets, asking why the character has not returned.

Jane has been mentioned only a number of times, with Ian Beale almost forgetting that she even existed. Here are a few reasons why Jane must return to Walford.





Revenge Against Max Branning

EastEnders, BBC One

Although Max seemed to suffer after the loss of his daughter, the locals have all seemed to have forgiven him, but one thing people are forgetting, he caused Steven's death and forced Jane to leave her husband, and her home!

Hopefully we will see Jane back on top form and return to make Max pay for what he did.


Bobby Beale's Release From Prison

EastEnders, BBC One

Back in 2016, Bobby Beale was sentenced to three years for causing the death of his sister, Lucy. With many young offenders serving just half their sentence, Bobby could be due a release any day now!

Could Jane return later this year with her son by her side? - That would be a great cliffhanger.





Ian Beale Needs Sorting Out!

EastEnders, BBC One

We've seen this many times in the past with Ian, he is a lost soul when he's single. He is becoming a sleaze of a character, something hardcore fans are not keen on.

Jane needs to return to ground this character, and if not her, then someone else. EastEnders have tried pairing Ian off with other characters, and it just did not work. Maybe Jane is the only one for him?

Also, without Jane Beale in Walford, the chances of Tanya Branning, Christian Clarke and Syed Masood returning are very slim.
