EastEnders' Frankie Lewis Arrested

EastEnders aired one hell of a showdown between Mick Carter and Katy Lewis on New Year's Day, including some heartbreaking scenes between Mick and his wife, Linda.

In the aftermath, Frankie arrives home where she is offered a substantial opportunity by her mum, but soon afterwards she realises there's more to the gesture and becomes suspicious of her.

Speaking to Digital Spy, Simone Lahbib who plays Katy explained: "When Frankie becomes aware and starts to understand who and what her mum is, she is now a danger to Katy.

"With Mick she couldn't care less if he lives or dies, but it's different with her daughter so she comes up with the next best thing. She hopes her plan will eliminate Frankie as a liability to Katy."

Annoyed, Frankie heads back to Albert Square to see Mick, but when she arrives she's faced with Linda Carter who tries to help. Not wanting to cause Mick any more stress, Linda offers Frankie her phone number, but suggests it's not a great time to speak to him.

Sadly, Linda's actions leave Frankie feeling more alone than ever. She heads off to the Albert where she is later found drunk by Ben Mitchell and Callum Highway.

As she continues to drink, her behaviour starts to change and she violently attacks another customer in the bar, subsequently getting herself arrested in the process.
